The objective of this study was to determine the levels of extrinsic motivational factors on the Employees job Performances in the Public Sector of Ghana by components of the motivational construct (internal recognition, external recognition, reward system, physical work environment) and subsequently examined the extent to which these components influenced the employees job Performances in the Public Sector of Ghana.
